2029 - a great time for big corporations, medicine, and science. Mind and body enhancements are becoming increasingly available. The average life expectancy has increased, and modern medicine can guarantee faster recovery and slow down the aging process.
But the real power belongs to those who first gain access to crucial information.
A time when Cyberspace is an essential part of worldwide battlefields.
It's been four years since the events of the first part of the "EXIST" took place.
Senesdrotte, the main character of the story, spent this time wisely. She learned a lot. The vanity and selfishness turned into humility, but also she became a calculating mercenary.
To stop a psychopath who kills augmented citizens, she has to cooperate with an NYPD captain. But unfortunately, it turns out that the case is much more complicated than they expected it to be. Now they have to figure out who the "Mechanic Lord" is. Is he the next mysterious creature that lives in Cyberspace? A program? Or maybe something else?
